Product video review
I wanted a new camera for my trip to Japan. Something with more space than my iPhone 4. But now I got another problem, I can’t upload whatever I record on this camera until I get home. I might be able to use a internet café if you’re allowed to transfer via USB. Watch my video review of my new camera below.

Acer Aspire One 722 video review
Just wanna complement my written review of the Acer Aspire One 722 mini-PC with a short video review I made of it a while back. It’s also one of my most viewed videos by the way.
My first bluray movie! All I need now is a player…
I just bought District 9 from Amazon. One of the best movies ever, a movie everyone should see.
This is my first bluray movie! Yay! And I don’t even own a bluray player yet!
I will probably buy one the day after christmas eve. In Sweden we have the big celebration on the 24th, aka best day of the year. And then the next day, until new years eve, there is a big sale in almost every store. Called “mellandagsrean”, which translates to “the middle days sale”, because it’s in between christmas and new year. And of course I’m focusing on the electronic stores. I don’t always buy something but I always go to some of the biggest stores in town, just to have a look. Before I’ve bought a laptop and digital camera and other stuff on that day. Last year I bought my sweet HD TV. And you gotta be be quick! Pretty much only the first day counts, then most of the good deals are gone. Sometimes within the first hour. That’s why there are usually long lines and price wars. The only draw back is that you gotta get up early and stand in lines when it’s freezing outside. But I still love it!
Part of the battle is to know what store to go to. Cause you don’t have much more than a flyer that has been sent out, and it doesn’t show everything. And if one store runs out of what you want before you can even enter the store then you gotta hurry to the next and hope they still have your plan B-item. When I bought my TV last year I was late or something, so when I got there the TV I planned to buy was gone. So I hurried on to the next store, not having a plan B-item. But I found a really sweet deal for a really sweet TV. (Have I written about my TV before? I don’t think so) I bought a 42″ LG HD plasma TV for about $465. Then I dragged it home only using my body and a contraction of my bag and scarf as a lifter-thing. It was really hard and took a while to get it home. I left my bike at the store and went and got it the next day. But I was proud to have gotten it home on my own and happy to have gotten such a sweet deal.
This year I’m looking to buy a bluray-player with surround sound. Not only is my DVD-player pretty big and old, and… it’s not a bluray-player. It also broke last week for some strange reason, the disc sled wont open… I’d like it to have wi-fi or a slot for the iPhone or something along those lines. And it can’t cost more than $435. That’s the plan so far. Wish me luck.
Japan – the leader of robotics
There are many examples of why the title is true, one is in the video below. And as you may know I love robots! There is a newly developed robot that is basically using the Internet as its brain. By looking with it’s eyes and the Internet it looks at the real world objects and compares it with photos and information found online. This is a new way for a robot to “think”.
I could talk a lot about robots and androids and all of that, but I just gotta say that I so want the robotic research and development to speed up! Because I so wanna see robots in the global society. But I guess… that’s not one of the most important things to this world now, also it’s damn expensive. But I’m so looking forward to the future when a robot is something normal to see out in “the wild”.
This is a beauty of technology
I obviously love technology and gadgets. Love it so much. I call my self a technophile, the problem is that people might think you are referring to the music genre. Here’s something that really get me going. Someone has made the iPod Nano a wrist watch. Watch the video following this link.
It’s such a beauty. Especially with the LunaTik. I would so much love to have this. And I’m excited for the future of more arm worn tech. The tech hasn’t gone far and is way too expensive for the masses. There is so much that could be done I feel.
The problem with this watch, and together with the price is a reason I won’t get it (as of now), are two things. I’d be afraid to scratch or crack the small screen, and it’s obviously not water proof. But damn it’s sweet…

The Swedish Otaku podcast – Episode 2
Last night I recorded the second episode of my one-man-podcast! It was really late and you know I’m not good at these kind of stuff. The sound will improve in the future, I promise. I also now uploaded it on Youtube for easier access.
More “necomimi” videos
Not nekomimi as the way I usually present it but the head wear tech I’ve posted about in the past. There are two new videos up showing off this cute and awesome technology from Neurowear! I so wanna see this being used in the future and… yes I’d like to have it damn it! First video is from a French expo and the second one is the Japanese singer, Miyu Sakamoto, trying them on. She looks so cute and hot in them! Nya~!
New tech! (Mini-PC review)
Oh yeah! I just bought this baby. (Two days ago, that shows how lazy I’m with blogging)
